  • We do not accept online credit card payments.
  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Bank Transfer (prepayment) – details are provided during checkout.
    • Any other methods that may be announced in the future.

  • For Upon-Order Products, 100% prepayment is required. Production or sourcing will begin only after payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship orders both within our country and internationally.
  • Delivery methods may include courier companies, transport services, or other partners, depending on product size and destination.
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are communicated before you confirm your order.
  • International orders may take longer due to customs clearance or local regulations.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Upon-Order Products: These are made specifically for you and are non-returnable, except in cases of proven defect or transport damage.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
