8. Payment of Products

Upon receipt of your order you are informed about availability and delivery time. The payment of the products is made by the means of signing in our e-shop or upon personal agreement.

9. Sending Products

The customer can pick up the ordered product from our premises. Our products are shipped exclusively with private transport companies both inside and outside Hellas. The shipping cost is borne solely by the buyer.

10. Return of Products

The products of our company are manufactured upon request by the customer according to his/her preferences and needs. Therefore, return is not possible since they satisfy the customer's preferences and needs. For any clarification or question regarding our products, it is advisable to contact the specialized personnel of F+M FOS.

11. Current Law

All transactions fulfilled through www.fmfos.com are governed by International and European Law governing e-commerce issues (Directive 2000/31/EC, PD 131/2003) as well as by the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance selling.

Use of Cookies

The website www.fmfos.com - like most websites - uses cookies, so that F+M FOS can access certain information whenever a user/visitor is browsing its online store. Products purchases via Eshop

Customers can pay via e-shop for the products available on the "Products" page - prices include taxes of 24%. Upon completion of the transaction, a PDF file with either the receipt or the invoice of the products, according to Law 4093/12, is sent to the stated email. The invoice or receipt presents the date of order, the full details of the user/visitor (Name, Address and VAT - mandatory for businesses), the time of delivery and the details of the transaction. Product's payment covers the specific ordered products.

Applicable Law and Other Terms

The above Terms and Conditions of Use of www.fmfos.com, as well as any amendments thereto, are governed by and supplemented by Greek Law, European Union Law and the relevant International Treaties. Any provision of these terms becomes legally inapplicable it shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be withdrawn from the present document, without undermining in any way the validity of the other terms. This is the overall agreement between F+M FOS and the user/visitor to its pages and services. No amendment to these terms will be taken into account and will not be a part of this agreement, unless it has been drafted in writing and has been incorporated into it.

Transitional Provisions

Failure by the holder to exercise any right or power to pay damages under the law does not in any case amount to a waiver of that right. These terms are governed and interpreted by Hellenic law, and the competent Hellenic courts will be responsible for resolving any dispute.
